The St. Andrew's Cross flag, also called the Saltire, is made out of royal blue felt and embroidered with a white cross. It then has black stitching around the edge to create the flag shape.

Keeping with the white and blue color theme, the snap clip covers are made of white felt with royal blue stitching. On the top edges of these covers, the flags are glued.

The felt used for the flag and snap clip cover is 100% polyester.

The snap clips, which form the base of these hair accessories, are nickel plated. Only the bottom portion of the clip that catches the hair can be seen.

These clips are 2.625 inches long and 1.5 inches wide.
