Payment is due upon check out. Currently we take Paypal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to check out. You may also use a credit or debit card.
SHIPPING:
Shipping: Currently we ship our items via USPS. Completed items will be placed in the mail within 4 business days of receipt of payment. Depending on the item it will either go out Priority Mail or First Class mail. We also include tracking information or certified mail in order to ensure your item gets to you.
We try to be as accurate as possible with shipping prices. If the charge exceeds more than $3.00 the cost of shipping (packaging, shipping and tracking information), we will refund the overage.
We ship items Monday - Friday.
Celtique Creations is suspending international shipping until the United States Post Office reinstates mutual tracking with receiving country.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
We are very happy to put your artwork on an item. Pricing on custom work varies due to what we are embroidering on, how many stitches are in the design and how long it takes to finish the item. Currently the artwork set up fee is a onetime $45.
