Celtique Creations is owned and operated by mother/daughter team Rosemary and Cathy. Their main focus is high quality Celtic embroidery on clothing and accessories. They also love finding unique jewelry and gift items to offer in their shop.
The business started in 2008 after the passing of Cathy and Rosemary's family friends John and Bernadette. Bernadette had owned and operated her own embroidery business with the help of her loving husband, John. She had become fast friends with Celtique in the late 90s when they met at a St. Patrick's Day celebration in St. Paul, MN. In 2003 she did the embroidery on Cathy's Irish Dance solo dress. Then, after a fight with cancer, she passed away in 2007.
Celtique Creations now possess her embroidery machines and gains much inspiration from the memory of Bernadette. They continue with some of her designs, but have added many more of their own. They have also put much of their own style into the colors, designs and items they offer for sale.
During the year you may find Celtique Creations traveling the upper Midwest to different events such as the Minnesota Irish Fair, Milwaukee Irish Fest, Northeast South Dakota Celtic Faire, and the Minnesota Scottish Fair and Highland Games to name a few. If you see them, don't hesitate to stop by and say "hi".
