Celtic Tree of Life Messenger Bag Embroidered on Olive Cotton Canvas

The tree of life motif can be found all over the world, but this one happens to have a Celtic twist. the branches and roots of the tree are entwined into a large Celtic knot. In the center of the tree there is also a small triskele, or triple spiral, design. The tree is embroidered in a lovely brown. The leaves encircle the knotted tree and are embroidered in a deep forest green. Both colors coordinate with the green of the canvas.
Heavy duty 100% cotton canvas in olive drab green is what the bag is made out of. It has an adjustable shoulder strap. The bag can be worn either over the shoulder or across the body. The front flap is held closed with strong velcro.
As for pockets, this bag has several. There is a pocket on each side of the bag that can be closed with brass snaps. When you lift the front flap, there are two fairly large pockets. These can be used for things such as pens, cell phones, a camera or other small to medium sized items.
There is a small zippered pocket inside the main compartment. This pocket is great for holding small things you would like to keep safe and from falling to the bottom of the main compartment. Some ideas for items that can go in this pocket are I.D.s, cash, cards, and change.
The large main compartment is great for carrying the bulk of your items. It can fit notebooks, textbooks, a laptop (we suggest the use of a protective sleeve), dance or sport gear, a change of clothes, or just your every day items.
