Red Fur Scottish Rob Roy Style Sporran Black Leather Belt Pouch Dyed
Are you looking for that perfect sporran? Do you want something unique to finish off that renaissance costume? This red and black Scottish sporran may be just what you're looking for. It is a black leather Rob Roy style sporran with red fur on the front flap. This sporran can also be worn as a belt pouch.
This is a stunning sporran because of the red fur on the flap. The fur is a dyed cowhide. The hairs vary in color from a rich blood red to a deep maroon. It is show stopping gorgeous. The flap is then finished with folded black leather.
To keep this sporran closed you use the silver colored metal button with filigree design and wrap it with the black lacing. There are silver grommets on the body of the sporran to cut down on the wear and tear for the lacing.
The body of this sporran is made of soft black leather. Inside the pouch you will find two great features that aren't found in most sporrans. The first is two card holders. This is great for keeping an I.D. and most often used card handy. The other is a key clip. No more digging around the bottom of your sporran looking for your car keys. This clip keeps them safe and handy.
If you want to use the sporran as a belt pouch, it will accommodate a belt up to 2.5" wide.
Our Rob Roy style sporrans are great if you're looking for something with a little more room than the military styles you find elsewhere. This cinch style pouch is deceptively large (2" deep when full). It can be worn on a sporran belt or at the waist as a belt pouch. To give an example of the capacity, we have been able to carry a wallet, phone and camera with room to spare!
Each of our sporrans is hand cut and sewn on a 1950s Singer sewing machine. This means that no two are exactly alike.
Your sporran will be shipped via USPS with tracking information.
Thank you for looking.
